Facilities Manager (FT, Charleston, SC)

Support the facilities needs of all diocesan-owned property relating to maintenance and capital projects, planning, and project management, purchasing, health/safety/security of employees in the workplace and office administration.

Attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and analytical skills essential.  Must have knowledge of contract negotiations, maintenance and capital project management, workplace safety and security, and purchasing procedures.

Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience required.  FMP and or CFM certification preferred.  Excellent benefits with generous paid time off.
