A new (or maybe not so new) pastor asks the question, “Why is the baptismal font here, in this terrible location? Can’t we move it or something?” If he is lucky, that will be the beginning of a process of discernment and renewal, ideally resulting in a Master Plan for renovations or perhaps even new construction. The subject of this webinar is how we as consultants can help prepare the congregation for the changes that are coming. In this webinar, I will talk about the various methods of working with congregations throughout the multi-step master planning process to help make sure the process is a positive one for all involved.
