The Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth is looking for a Director of Property Management who will be responsible for coordinating the development of all new construction and renovation projects in the Diocese. You will ensure compliance with all diocesan policies and procedures while working with entities in choosing and approving architects, engineers and contractors. You will be receiving bids, awarding contracts, and approving construction advances. You will interact with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and city inspectors throughout the design and construction process. You will draft and approve contract documents, oversee insurance coverage, and plan and conduct meetings.

A qualified candidate has architectural, engineering, or construction management experience, AIA contract process experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) and at least 5-10 years of experience.
